A new residential and commercial building. The air conditioning of the offices is carried out all year round with Rio-Therm parapet units. For hygienic air renewal, composite ventilation is used. Specifically, Rio-Therm B is used for heating and cooling in the office floors and Rio-Therm V in the flats. Ventilation is provided by displacement fans in the central areas and by connector fans in the individual rooms. Connector fans are also used in the flats. One Cool-Rack per office floor provides the necessary cooling for the IT. The thermal loads of the IT components are thus directly eliminated at source and do not find their way into the room. Erich Keller AG carries out an annual inspection and cleaning of all equipment in this property.
