Accomodated in an area of 70,000 m2, diligent hands and ultra-modern technology on two levels ensure the flawless delivery of several millions of letters a day. Around 1,200 people work in the modern, fully automated letter centre, whether at the manual sorting system, at the large customer counter or in the main control centre, from where the system is monitored and faults are identified as soon as they happen.
