andreasturm, zurich oerlikon
Directly adjacent to the Zurich-Oerlikon railway station lies the 21 storey and 80-metre high Andreasturm. The building was awarded the DGNB Platinum label by the SGNI (Swiss Sustainable Building Council).
Distributed over 6 storeys, 120 connector fans, installed in system walls and doors, provide a silent, continuous supply of fresh air. Our connector fans expand the advantages of conventional room ventilation and exchange air between the well-ventilated corridor and the individual rooms without weakening the room acoustics. This eliminates the need for unattractive ventilation pipes, which are also costly to install.
