The purist new building is designed for a service life of 100 years and is Minergie-P certified. The tenant fit-out is kept simple, the design is reduced to the essentials, and the building technology was developed without inserts and recesses. The interplay of well thought-out floor plans and the use of durable, recyclable materials underlines the focus on sustainability, room comfort and cost efficiency in operation. At the same time, the rental space in «Edelrohbau 2» offers high quality without compromising on comfort and convenience. The new building is air-conditioned using the Rio-Therm B system.

A ventilation concept with displacement air for each tenant area is already in place. Each partitioned room can be equipped with a composite door ventilator that exchanges air between the corridor and the room almost silently. For larger rooms, such as a large meeting room, two doors are simply installed.
