The more than 50 year-old property was restored to use through extensive renovation and a new usage concept. This was done without detracting from the structure and appearance of the building. Heating and cooling is now done with Rio-Therm. The parapet units were manufactured in different dimensions in order to be fitted precisely into the existing building structure.
