The administrative building of the High Court of Canton of Zurich is located on Seilergraben, on the edge of Zurich’s old city centre. The renovation of the listed building was coordinated with the city’s monument preservation authorities whilst adapting the infrastructure to meet today’s requirements, laws and standards. Now the rooms have enough light and a pleasant indoor climate in terms of comfort, air quality and noise emissions. Based on the overall energetic consideration, Rio-Therm, which are combined heating/cooling units, were installed in the location of the previous radiators, namely:

34 Rio-Therm units in niche locations
4 Rio-Therm undersill units on the attic floor
4 Rio-Therm V (upright unit) on the attic floor

The cladding of the undersill units was customised by the joinery Robert Fehr AG, Andelfingen.
