Organisation und Informatik (OIZ) is the IT centre of the city of Zurich and is responsible for basic IT services throughout the city administration. In the Operation Control Center OCC and the associated crisis room, which are used to monitor the IT infrastructure and networks, the Cool-Top desk air conditioning systems installed in the desks provide draught-free air conditioning.
