A trendsetting sustainably built commercial building that can be managed easily and efficiently thanks to "low-tech". The basement and ground floor are concrete, the three upper floors above are timber construction. Rio-Therm units provide energy-efficient heating in winter and cooling in summer. Fresh air is circulated evenly and silently with wall-mounted composite ventilators. The combination of Rio-Therm and composite ventilators offers maximum room comfort and helps to massively reduce heating and energy costs.
