When an emergency call comes into the emergency response center of the Kleve district, every minute counts. That`s why 24/7 shifts work at modern, clearly arranged workstations. The sit-stand control center desks of the D-Com model offer enough space for six monitors and a multifunction display for digital information. The desks are also cooled with Cool-Top 25. To reduce noise levels, special acoustic elements help to absorb sound. If needed, an Intellidesk with a large, interactive display is also used. In the event of severe weather and other major incidents, up to eleven full-fledged control center positions can be manned. This means that emergency rescue and ambulance operations, as well as all fire department and large-scale operations in the Kleve district, can be efficiently dispatched.
