The design for the customer counter was developed in collaboration with Thurgauer Kantonalbank. The body in beech with a milled groove has a glass top. A switch plate heater was installed in the area of the keyboard. The individual functions of the furniture were elaborated and optimised with the directly affected bank employees by means of functional samples. Various devices are installed in the carcass, such as Safemaster, Twinsafe, printer, drawer carcass, controls for lights, automatic doors, etc. Much importance was placed on easy access to the cabling; this is provided by the front, which can be unhooked without tools.
