The new interior design of this detached house creates a modern, harmonious and functional home for a family of four. The consistent design theme runs through all floors and combines aesthetics with high practicality for everyday living.
The defining concept is based on fronts in a warm "coffee latte" colour, which offer a sophisticated yet timeless look. Open shelves in oak complement the layered character. The colour scheme is based on the parquet pattern, creating a harmonious and natural atmosphere. The door fronts feature recessed handle millings, which are also colour-coordinated with the parquet flooring thanks to their oak veneer backing.
The attic has been completely converted into a bedroom with a cosy character. A new bathroom complements this area and creates a private oasis of well-being.
The children`s rooms on the first floor have been completely redesigned. The design is deliberately timeless so that the rooms will remain attractive and functional for growing children in the years to come. The hallway area has been designed to be multifunctional: it offers a reading, chill-out or play corner and serves as a retreat. This means that the hallway is not just a passageway, but an actively used living space for the whole family.
The ground floor has been opened up and enlarged by knocking down a wall in the entrance area leading to the kitchen. This creates a flowing transition between the living room and kitchen, which significantly enhances the feeling of space. The worktops in the kitchen and island are made of high-quality ceramic from the Dekton REM Natural Collection with a velvety surface that is particularly durable and elegant. A specially designed wall covering in the living room provides additional warmth and integrates subtle lighting that complements the atmosphere of the room.
In the basement, the cabinets have been fitted with nubuck grey-brown leather handles to match the wardrobe and hobby room, lending a cosy yet robust touch.
This interior design combines high-quality materials, well-thought-out functionality and a harmonious colour and room concept that meets the needs of a modern family while radiating timeless elegance.
