The freshly renovated single-family house is located in a prime location and offers a fantastic view of Lake Constance. In the modern kitchen, one discovers refined details such as a mirrored back wall by the sink unit, which reflects the wonderful lake view. The super-matte surfaces of the kitchen island offer a pleasantly warm, velvety soft feel in anti-fingerprint quality, and the cover in Suter IceDesign is robust and virtually scratch-resistant, granting a high-quality aesthetic. The fireplace in Vals quartzite is integrated to the kitchen counter. In the spacious bathroom, which is separated from the bedroom by a glass door with North Star glass print, this natural stone is used for the cover including the basin. The fronts of the built-in cabinets in both the bathroom, as well as the kitchen are also finished in supermatt light gray. Matching the parquet of the bedroom, the double bed with headboard with integrated niche is made in wood.
