The Coop has constructed the biggest bakery in Switzerland in the new Schafisheim distribution centre. The bakery produces 60,000 tonnes of bread each year. The production sequences are monitored in the associated control room. Interventions in events such as errors in the production system can be performed from the control room. The control room is equipped with a monitor wall for 55” screens and control room workstations of type D-Com with integrated Cool-Top solution.
