cantonal emergency call centre (knz) glarus

After three years of planning and construction, the new Cantonal Emergency Call Centre (KNZ) of the Glarus Cantonal Police was put into operation in the Reitbahn building in Glarus. The new building houses all technical installations and an adjoining command room. The centrepiece is the operations control system, which centrally links all systems and supports the work of the dispatchers at the KNZ in a targeted manner. Three comfortable control desks of the D-Com remote model meet the demanding requirements of the 24/7 emergency call centre. The ergonomic workstations help to strengthen the concentration and motivation of the dispatchers.
