Strong insulation reduces the heating demand in winter to a minimum. Photovoltaic and solar thermal systems generate electricity and heat on site, and surplus summer heat is stored in a geothermal probe field and used for heating in winter.
The adiabatic cooling generation is combined with the use of waste heat and delivers both heat and cooling to the rooms by convection. The waste heat from the servers also feeds into the energy concept.
