The 144 emergency call centre of the canton of Lucerne was relocated to a new building within the cantonal hospital.

The move took place in two phases during ongoing operation in order to ensure availability at all times. The existing desks from 2011 were retained and complemented by two workstations of the current Zenith Heavy generation, with flexible fittings for touch panels and a height-adjustable screen rail.
