air conditioning of new offices for migros eastern switzerland

The Gossau industrial estate is home to the operations centre of Migros Eastern Switzerland. A further floor was added in 2019/2020. Various air-conditioning solutions from Erich Keller AG were used to air-condition the additional 4000 square metres of office space. Over a length of approx. 250 m, 136 Rio-Therm under-sill units ensure a pleasant climate throughout the entire floor. The under-sill units were adapted to the respective spatial situations. In the break room, the under-sill elements also serve as seating. Fan arrays in the doors and walls exchange air between the corridor and the rooms. Two top coolers, each with a capacity of 5 kW, cool the servers in separate IT rooms.
