Swisscom shops Switzerland

With around 10 million visitors a year, Switzerland’s 116 Swisscom shops are among the country’s busiest retail spaces. With the “Retina” project, a forward-looking shop concept was developed that enables contemporary, cross-channel and reliable customer experiences and sets a new benchmark in the telco market.

The modern look and feel, the invisibly built-in technologies and the various themed zones make the redesigned shops a place of inspiration. After an intensive development phase and the realisation of several pilot shops, Erich Keller AG has entered production of the first furniture series.

The insights from the daily operation of the pilot shops fed directly into the further development. The result is furniture that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of appearance, functionality and quality of workmanship.
