Villa in Zumikon

The aim of the renovation was to preserve the character of the venerable house while at the same time giving it contemporary living comfort. The design draws on the English country-house style with muted natural tones that create a calm atmosphere.

To create a warm and comfortable living climate, wood was chosen as the central material and complemented with high-quality, discreetly combined surfaces.

In the main kitchen, satin lacquer, solid oak and a ceramic worktop come together, while the service kitchen is complemented with natural stone. Living rooms and bathrooms were likewise renewed, including a washstand veneered in oak with a marble top.
