The building has been awarded the DGNB Platinum label. On six storeys, 120 Riotherm Strata transfer fans built into system walls and doors provide a silent, continuous supply of fresh air.
They exchange the air between the well-ventilated corridor and the individual rooms without impairing the room acoustics. ETH is the tenant on the floors equipped with Riotherm.
