The storey heights of the timber building were matched to the existing building, resulting in a height of only 2.2 metres. Conventional ceiling-based climate control was therefore out of the question.
Riotherm Convec in sill and vertical versions handles heating and cooling, while transfer fans in walls and doors handle the air exchange. The ceilings therefore remained untouched. As an additional benefit, sockets (IT and 230 V) including cabling are integrated into the sill units.
