From the vision of the new-work concept through layout planning to interior design, the company doubled its area from 250 to 500 square metres. The focus was on collaboration, which thrives on spontaneous encounters and informal exchange.
At the same time, places of retreat for confidential conversations and focused work were retained. The result is a place where employees decide individually how and where they work best.
