ÖKK Landquart
Within ten years, ÖKK needed a new headquarters because of a lack of space; it was built in Landquart on the site of the former RhB staff quarters.

The four-storey office building provides space for 300 workstations, oriented towards the façade or the covered inner courtyard. The ground floor houses the foyer, meeting rooms and a restaurant, while the two basement levels contain building services, the archive and the parking garage.
The exposed concrete structure meant that the interior fit-out had to take place in parallel with the shell construction, which placed high demands on planning and coordination.
