Across around 4,000 square metres, a versatile working environment brings a wide variety of companies and event formats together under one roof. Two striking timber stair cubes connect the three floors and form communicative meeting points within the open spatial structure. A community zone with a bar and natural stone and spruce surfaces encourages exchange and collaboration.

One focus was on sustainable construction: doors, glass elements and other components come from deconstruction projects and were deliberately reused. This reuse strategy shapes the aesthetic of the campus and conserves resources.
