SBB is presenting new, modern ticket halls, the first service centre of which opened in Winterthur in 2015, with more to follow across Switzerland.

The former glass barriers between customers and staff have been removed, the counter is finished in wood, and large LED screens glow in the background.
The new travel centres also offer barrier-free access for people with disabilities.
