The rental areas are handed over as a shell with connections for water, electricity and air, which leaves maximum freedom for the interior fit-out. Riotherm Strata transfer fans integrated into the walls across two floors provide a silent, continuous supply of fresh air in offices and meeting rooms.
The Strata elements are executed with oiled metal fronts and a deliberately simple wall construction.
