The modern new building of MMV-Holding AG stands on the former SBB site in Brunnen. Instead of outdated and dilapidated warehouses, there is now an innovative commercial and logistics building with an integrated high-bay warehouse. The entire complex is efficiently air-conditioned by Rio-Therm B convective peripheral units.

A special accent is set by a customised Rio-Therm stepping element, which not only provides access to terraces, but also allows the system to be seamlessly integrated into the overall architecture.
