With 22,000 m2 of office space, the Swisscom Businesspark offers room for 2,000 employees and sets new ecological standards. Rio-Therm parapet and underfloor air conditioning units, active transfer passages, Cool-Rack and Flow were installed in this building. Top-Coolers cool the racks in the server room. A percentage of the 130 desks in the IT laboratory and all 14 desks in the OCC are cooled with Cool-Top. A trendsetting air conditioning solution for one of the five most environmentally friendly office buildings in Europe. The building, which is certified according to Minergie-P-ECO, was awarded the Prix Watt d’Or in 2016.
