single-family home in bazenheid

A bespoke, finely coordinated interior design with sophisticated design accents in a new detached house. A staircase leads from the cloakroom with an illuminated niche in oak to the first floor. A staircase wall with further illuminated niches in oak and glass separates the staircase from the open-plan kitchen/living room. A specially framed oak element and a dark slide-in unit for appliances in the kitchen unit, a cleverly integrated door provides access to a reduit, which is used as storage space and pantry. The oak parquet flooring creates a warm, cosy atmosphere. A robust and easy-care ceramic floor was installed between the kitchen unit and the handle-free kitchen island with ceramic cover. From the seating niche by the window with its protruding oak surround, you have a wonderful view of the Alpstein. The furniture for the WC and bathroom is covered with easy-to-clean high-pressure laminate in wild oak. The countertop basin is ceramic. A laundry chute is integrated into one of the cupboards. The dressing room in the bedroom is fitted with sliding doors. The design concept, including materialisation, is used uniformly throughout the house.
