The Gärtnerei is a catering business with a focus on healthy cuisine and sustainable growth. The concept is simple: the guests go to the counter, help themselves to a salad, and enjoy it in an uncomplicated, appealing ambience - or take it away. The right ambience for this green oasis is underpinned specifically by the counter front in rough-cut spruce and the rugged, UV varnished top in urphen. The Gärtnerei was awarded the "Best of Swiss Gastro" prize in 2015.
