SBB is investing in the renovation of its medium-sized and large travel centres. The new-generation sales outlets are even better suited for the customer needs. They want quick information, but also increasing advice on train travel options abroad or combined mobility. The new centres are also making greater use of the new digital tools. At the reception desk, all transactions are handled quickly, such as timetable information or currency exchange. The advice zone provides space for consultation on international rail travel, questions about season tickets or door-to-door combined mobility, as well as group travel and excursions. Another milestone in the modernisation process was reached with the opening of the new, modern, and user-friendly SBB travel centres in Morges, Mendrisio, Chiasso, Zurich Airport among other stations.
