Energy consumption at the Heinrich Böll Foundation Berlin undercuts the legally prescribed values by half. This puts the building in a pioneering role among modern office and conference buildings. Little but highly innovative technology ensures extremely low primary energy consumption. The four office floors are air-conditioned with Rio-Therm B sill units running all around. At the same time, these are designed as seating.
